PLANT KOALA TREES
Koalas feed primarily on the leaves of eucalyptus trees. The presence and density of the koala food trees influences their distribution and numbers.

Koalas have preferred food tree species called Primary food trees. Other food trees which may include non-Eucalyptus trees are called Secondary food trees. Their main diet is made up a combination of these two categories of food trees.

WHAT WE DO
Plant Koala Food Trees
Saving our Koalas are a Not for Profit organisation based in the Tweed and are dedicated to creating more koala habitat for our precious koalas.
We raise funds through donations, fundraising and grants and we use those funds to plant koala food trees.

We are passionate about planting more koala food trees which provide homes and food for koalas and other native animals.
